When planning your holiday to Marrakech the obvious choice is to stay in a riad instead of a hotel. A riad is a traditional Moroccan home, built around a central courtyard. Plus it’s the best way to start immersing yourself in the local culture in an authentic and fun way! You’ll come across hundreds and hundreds of riads on internet and this search can take up hours and hours and I am sure you have better things to do ;). That’s why I combined all of my research from my last trip to Morocco and listed the 9 most beautiful riads in Marrakech!
Marrakech is one of those cities that will leave you speechless. From the intertwining medina maze to enjoying the sunset with a cocktail in hand, Marrakech is a place you have to visit at least once in your life.

Le Riad Berbère is definitely one of the most beautiful and original riads in Marrakech! It’s design is simple and understated: minimalistic architecture, a neutral colour palette and and amazing view over the medina.
There are two rooftop terraces where you can relax in the afternoon and enjoy a cosy evening. Le Riad Berbère only has 5 guest rooms which makes for an intimate experience.

Last, but certainly not least is the beautiful luxury riad La Sultana. La Sultana Marrakech is a collection of 5 riads combined to create a spacious 28 rooms luxury hotel, with an intimate spa and a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views over Marrakech.
