    A Must See

I love visiting religious buildings. The main reason for coming to Casablanca was for this mosque. It was everything I expected and more! Being in the presence of this building made me feel small, and my life problems felt insignificant. Peace flooded over me as I walked around the grounds. The tile work was just as beautiful as I imaged, and made for amazing pictures.
Once inside, the peaceful feeling got deeper, I was so calm, and in awe of the architecture. Listening to the tour guide as we walked, I learned more about the mosque and just took the beauty in. Walking around in silence grounded me, and I opened my mind to the quiet. I could appreciate a religion that wasn’t mine.
I loved this visit so much, that I even went back to see it at night! The lights made this an even more magical experience!! I danced and twirled in front of the mosque, feeling free.
I would tell anybody going to Casa to put this on their to visit list.
