Booking FAQs

What's your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation up to 30 days before your tour date with full refund. Cancellations 15-29 days prior receive a 50% refund. Within 14 days, deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future tour. We recommend travel insurance for unexpected circumstances.

When will I receive confirmation of my booking?

We typically confirm all bookings within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry. During peak season (September-November and March-May), response time may extend to 48 hours. For last-minute bookings (within 7 days), please call us for immediate confirmation.
